"Way too pricey for what it is"
I picked this up the other day while I was already out running errands, i just don’t think it’s worth the price. Maybe my expectations were too high, but for what you actually get, it feels way too expensive. I’ve bought similar things before for less and been happier with them.

"Uploading my design was such a hassle"
I tried uploading my design, it just wouldn’t go through properly. Ended up wasting way more time than I expected...

"I expected way more choices, but the selection..."
I expected way more choices, but the selection is limited. A bunch of stuff I was looking for just wasn’t there, or they only had one size or type available, which is kind of ridiculous. The site itself was fine, I guess, but if you’re trying to get everything in one place, this is damn disappointing.

"Print looked awful and I was left dealing with it"
I was disappointed when my print showed up. The image was blurry and the colors looked nothing like what I expected. When I tried to get it sorted out, it felt like they made it my problem instead of helping. Definitely felt like a waste of money, and I wouldn’t order again

"Bad taste, weird texture, and changing terms"
I didn’t like these at all. They tasted kind of stale and papery, and the texture got weird really fast once I started eating them. I expected them to be easier to snack on, but they just felt dry and unpleasant. Also, I’m not a fan of how the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was getting, which just made the whole experience more frustrating

"Weird taste and tore way too easily??"
I’m kind of confused by these. The paper felt super flimsy and ripped almost right away, and it had this weird cardboard-like taste?? Not really what I was expecting

"Customization was limited"
I ordered from paper2eat.com for a custom edible print, but the customization options were a lot more basic than I expected.
I kept trying to make the design fit the way I wanted, and it just didn’t really let me. The preview wasn’t much help either.

Might be fine for something simple, but it didn’t work well for my order. Frustrating

"I’m still a little confused about the timeline..."
I’m still a little confused about the timeline on this order. At first I thought it was supposed to arrive soon, then the dates seemed to shift, and I couldn’t really tell what was going on. By the time it finally showed up, it was way later than I needed it. The product was fine, but the waiting around was really frustrating, so I’m not happy with the shipping experience...

"Pretty confusing to use"
I tried placing an order, but the site was a pain to deal with. Pages took like 5 or 10 seconds to load at times, the menu felt all over the place, and after a few clicks I kept forgetting where I even was. Maybe other people have better luck, but after about 15 minutes I just gave up

"Support made the whole thing harder than it needed to be"
I had a problem with my order and reaching out to support was frustrating. They kept sending these short replies that didn’t really answer anything, and it dragged on way too long. The back-and-forth felt unnecessary, especially since nothing actually got fixed in the end

"Showed Up Dry and Stale"
I ordered from paper2eat.com when the package arrived, the sheets just didn’t look fresh. They were curled around the edges and had this stale smell, like they’d been sitting in storage for way too long.
I needed them for a cake the next day, so I was frustrated. I was going to say maybe it was fine enough to use, but no, for the price I really expected something fresher. Maybe I just got a bad batch, but I don’t think I’d order again.

"Still waiting and really disappointed"
I reached out to Paper2Eat about an issue with my order and never got a proper response. I even sent a follow-up, but days went by and still nothing. It’s so frustrating when all you need is a simple answer and you feel like you’re being ignored. Their customer service came across as slow and careless, and it left a really bad impression on me. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Arrived with bent corners"
I was excited when my order showed up, but once I opened the box, it was kind of a letdown. There was barely any padding inside, and the paper sheets had bent corners from bouncing around during shipping. The box itself felt way too flimsy for delivery, so it’s not too surprising they got damaged. Still, after paying for shipping, I expected it to be packed a little better.

"Received the Wrong Order"
I was disappointed when my order arrived because none of it matched what I actually ordered. I understand mistakes happen, but it was still frustrating to open the package and find completely different items. I’d appreciate this being sorted out

"Colors were, like, a bit off"
So, um, the colors ended up looking kinda different from the preview. Like, it wasn’t terrible or anything, but yeah, just not really what I was expecting.

"Nice look, but a little flimsy"
The paper looked really nice when I first got it, and it worked fine for what I needed at the start. It was just a little harder to handle than I expected. A few pieces bent or started feeling soft quickly, which was kind of frustrating. Anyway... it’s not awful, I just thought it would be a bit sturdier for the price.
